Tien Thinh Agricultural Processing Co., Ltd. was registered and established at the Department of Planning and Investment of Hau Giang Province and was granted a business license in December 2014.
2015
The company has carried out land leveling and constructed a factory for fruit juice and concentrate production in the initial phase, covering an area of 3,600 m² out of a total area of 15,000 m².
June 2016
After completing the construction of the factory, the company began installing machinery, equipment, and production systems for fruit juice and concentrated fruit juice with a capacity of 10,000 tons per year, equivalent to 50,000 tons of raw materials.

September 2016
The company officially commenced operations and began testing the production of various fruits such as passion fruit, calamansi, soursop, dragon fruit, pineapple, papaya, watermelon, lime, and acerola. The company also started exporting its first batch of fruit juice to the global market.
2018
The company continued to build and expand the fruit juice concentrate production facility in Phase 2, with a processing plant area of 2,600 m². The company installed 2 freezing systems at -40ºC, each with a capacity of 50 tons per day, and a cold storage facility at -18ºC with a capacity of 500 tons.
2019
The company successfully researched and developed the dried fruit product and installed an additional 4 dryers with a capacity of 1,500 tons per year
2021
The company was converted to Tien Thinh Group Joint Stock Company
July 2023
Tien Thinh Group was granted permission by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam to become a public company
July 2024
Tien Thinh Group was officially approved for listing on the UPCoM exchange with the stock code TT6. At the same time, Tien Thinh Group (UPCoM: TT6) also opened its first office in Australia with the aim of developing a new business strategy, marking the beginning of a new cycle with new opportunities and challenges.
