Tien Thinh Group left a mark at the 2023 China International Import Expo (CIIE)
The 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) and Hongqiao International Trade Forum took place from November 5th to 10th, 2023, in Shanghai, China. Among the 34 Vietnamese businesses participating in product displays, Tien Thinh Group was honored to stand out. CIIE, the worlds first import-themed national fair, set a new record this time, drawing leaders from various countries, 289 Fortune Global 500 companies, and eminent business figures.
Vietnam, among the 5 continent-representing countries, held a significant role at CIIE 2023 as an Honorary Country. Led by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Thang Hai, a high-level delegation visited Vietnamese business booths. Tien Thinh Group took pride in hosting this delegation. The companys CEO, Mr. To Thai Thanh, shared the companys vision and mission, aiming to enhance processing capacity and value for Mekong Delta fruit products, ensuring farmers market access. This aimed to influence farming practices towards specialized methods, meeting global quality standards.

CIIE 2023, themed "New Era, Looking to the Future," attracted over 150 countries, territories, and international organizations. Spanning an impressive 300,000 square meters, the exhibition comprised national displays for participating countries and a Trade Exhibition Area.
Vietnams National Exhibition Area, covering 256 square meters, showcased the countrys economic achievements, investment potential, and opportunities in trade and tourism. Utilizing diverse promotional methods such as LED screen video clips, printed advertising materials, and high-quality export product exhibitions, the focus lay on agricultural produce and processed foods, highlighting Vietnamese brand prowess.
China has remained Vietnams foremost trading partner since 2004, especially in import-export. Post-Covid-19, economic cooperation and trade between both countries surged. Vietnam-China export turnover sustained positive growth despite the pandemics global trade impact. Furthermore, by 2023, China expanded official imports of various Vietnamese agricultural products.
Seizing this opportunity, Tien Thinh Group aimed to penetrate the billion-dollar Chinese market by showcasing its products at CIIE 2023, targeting customers with stringent quality requirements.
Acknowledging the significance of product quality and global trends, Tien Thinh Group has consistently met stringent international standards like FDA, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC Food, KOSHER, and HALAL since its inception.
Post the Covid-19 pandemic, Chinas reopening has led to increased trade demands, particularly in food imports. At CIIE 2023, Tien Thinh Groups product offerings garnered significant attention, especially their two flagship products: fruit juices encompassing puree and concentrated variants, along with dried fruit assortments. While dried fruits are familiar in Asian and Chinese markets, the unique flavors and colors of Tien Thinhs dried products have attracted admiration. The pure juice products used as ingredients are relatively novel in this market, piquing the interest of potential customers, including leading manufacturers in Chinas juice processing sector. These observations signal a promising reception in the vast Chinese market for Tien Thinhs products.

Attending CIIE 2023 went beyond product introduction, it offered valuable insights into consumer preferences and requirements, aiding Tien Thinhs strategic planning for the billion-dollar Chinese market. To meet stricter criteria and growing demands, Tiến Thịnh Group is expanding production to deliver the most modern and high-quality products to consumers.
