Tien Thinh Group Joint Stock Company Holds Its 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023

On September 22, 2023, Tien Thinh Group Joint Stock Company held its 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023. The presidium of the meeting included Mr. Pham Tien Hoai - Chairman of the Board of Directors as the meeting chair, Mr. To Thai Thanh - Board Member and General Director, and Mr. Tran Ha Giang - Chief Accountant.

The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the General Director Board, the Supervisory Board, representatives from various departments, affiliated units, and Tien Thinh members. There were 38 shareholders or their representatives present, holding or representing 16,864,500 shares, which accounted for 99.32% of the total shares eligible to participate.

The meeting approved the proposed items with a high level of consensus, including resolutions on business sectors, dismissal of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, amendments to the Charter, and the election of an additional Supervisory Board member. Accordingly, the meeting agreed to elect Ms. Le Thi Minh Phuc as a member of the Supervisory Board for the term 2021 - 2026.

The 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023 of Tien Thinh was successfully conducted in an atmosphere of trust and understanding, reflecting shareholders confidence in the companys efforts to fulfill its tasks in the coming period.
